Q: Will Clinical Quality Oversight be a live, in-person event this year?

  • A: Yes, Clinical Quality Oversight will be a live conference held at the Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue in Philadelphia, PA on September 27-29, 2021. This event will be a hybrid event and we will be live streaming portions of our in-person event so our loyal virtual community can participate without needing to travel. Virtual attendees can watch the general sessions live or on-demand.

Q: Will the conference program be different this year?

  • A: Join us in-person or virtually at this hybrid event as we dig deep into the topics you’ve identified as critical as we emerge from this pandemic, including Building a Culture of Quality, Inspection Experiences, Clinical Quality Agreements, Risk-Based Oversight, Assessing Vendor/Site Quality Competence, Next Generating Auditing, Quality by Design, Issue Identification and Management, and so much more

Q: Will there be opportunities for networking?

  • A: Yes! There will be many ways to meet and network with your peers including networking breaks, breakfast, lunch, and reception.

Q: What will my registration get me?

  • A: We’ve got great news. If you register for the in-person event your registration automatically includes access to the virtual on-demand access of recorded general session. 

Q: If I register for one type of pass, can I change it later?

  • A: Yes, if you register for virtual now and decide you want to attend in person later, you can change your pass type. You can also change it to virtual-only if you are unable to attend in person. Q: I have a voucher from a 2020 canceled event – how do I redeem it to attend this show?

Q: What if my company does not allow me to travel for business? What if I am personally not comfortable attending Clinical Quality Oversight Forum in-person? 

  • A: We appreciate that there are company travel restrictions in place, therefore we would like to offer you the option to attend the event virtually.

Q: How do I attend Clinical Quality Oversight Forum virtually and how much does it cost?

  • A: All registrations include access to the virtual event and you will be given instructions on how to access the platform ahead of time. Visit the registration page for conference rates.

Q: Will you be issuing refunds?

Q: I’m a speaker at the event, can I join the panel virtually if I’m unable to travel? 

  • A: In order to offer the best audience experience at the live event, we prefer to have all speakers on stage. If you are unable to speak in person, please contact Kristen Hunter.

Health & Safety

Q: What health and safety measures will you be taking at the event?

  • A: The number one priority at Clinical Quality Oversight Forum is the health & safety of all participants. Our team has been working in partnership with the Hilton on how to provide a safe and secure environment.

    Clinical Quality Oversight Forum will be a safe and controlled environment where exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, and speakers can interact, conduct meetings, and form meaningful relationships. As we move towards the opening day on September 27, 2021, we want you to know we are taking every step available to create a safe and secure show experience.

    Onsite safety measures will be implemented from the moment you step into the venue, including but not limited to:
    • The local Health Department as well as the CDC strongly recommends that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask when indoors in public spaces other than when consuming food and drink
    • Widened exhibit hall and larger networking areas
    • Touchless hand sanitizer
    • Increased sanitation of high-traffic areas

Q: Do I have to be vaccinated in order to attend?

  • A: Yes, all attendees, sponsors, speakers, and Questex staff must be fully vaccinated at least 15 days prior to attending the event. Only USA-approved vaccinations will be accepted.

Q: What are the approved Covid-19 vaccines?

  • A: BioNTech-Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses), and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose). 

Q: How do I show proof of vaccination?

  • A: After you register, you will be contacted by Health Shield via a text on your cell phone. You will need to upload official proof of vaccination via the Health Shield text messaging application.  

Q: What if I am not vaccinated 15 days prior to the even ?

  • A: Your registration includes access to the Clinical Quality Oversight Forum virtual event and you will be able to access information and network with attendees via this platform instead.  

Q: What if I am unable to have a vaccine due to being immunocompromised or have other medical reasons?

  • A: Your registration includes access to the Clinical Quality Oversight Forum virtual event and you will be able to access information and network with attendees via this platform instead.

Q: If I test positive before Digital Pharma East and must isolate, will I be able to get a refund?

  • A: Please refer to our Terms and Conditions. You will have access to the virtual event as part of your registration.

Q: Will I have to social distance?

  • A: We ask delegates to adhere to all health and safety signage at the event, including keeping 3 ft distance in appropriate areas.  

Q: What are your mask requirements on-site at the Hilton?

  • A: The local Health Department as well as the CDC strongly recommends that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask when indoors in public spaces other than when consuming food and drink. 

Q: Will masks be provided?

  • A: Participants are encouraged to bring their own masks, however there will be onsite provision to replace lost masks. Hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the venues.
